What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Representative position at LOST MARY?
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving business goals and territory sales target. Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets.
- Maintain brand market order, including price, coverage, against fake products,etc.
- Supporting the team to develop sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards. Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Other ad-hoc task that assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
- At least 3 years of sales and distributor management experience.
- Welcome candidates from FMCG or alcohol or energy drinks, experiences vaping/tobacco is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English speaking
