Job description
The ideal candidate will oversee the company's operations in a particular region. They will ensure that operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met. This candidate will build relationships with customers throughout a territory and generate new leads for business.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition
- Conduct cold-calls for potential leads
- Communicate with established leads within territory and develop rapport
1. Regional customer maintenance
Regularly visit the regional KA and the core second batch, maintain customer relationships, and obtain data regularly
Promote KA purchase, and be responsible for KA store coverage
2. Organize and land stores/Cash Carry activities
Undertake regional tasks and land regional stores/Cash Carry activities
3. Undertake the task of inspecting stores, promote product coverage, and improve store display
Undertake store inspections, find coverage opportunities, and timely return information to promote the closed loop of tasks
- Enhance the store display and enhance the store display image
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
- 4 years' of experience in related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
