Job Overview
We are seeking someone with a great attitude and attention to detail to join our metal fabrication company, assisting in helping process and finish parts for customers. No experience required we are happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, machining equipment, and welding machines
- Utilize forklifts and cranes for material handling and movement within the fabrication area.
- Perform quality checks using precision instruments such as micrometers to ensure accuracy in dimensions.
- Work with sheet metal to fabricate parts as required for production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of working with sheet metal is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience operating forklifts and cranes safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with machining processes and the ability to use various hand tools effectively.
