The Lost Trails is a thriving ATV Park and ATV Tour business. We have become a premier destination for riders from the Tri-State and surrounding areas.
We are looking to hire an energetic, friendly person who will be responsible for checking in all riders and introducing them to how our park runs.
The Front Desk Check In employee will be responsible for:
*Operating our POS system for check in of riders and customer relations
*Reservation and phone sales for guided tours
*Excel data base entry and filing
Qualifications
*Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
*Proficient in cash handling and basic math
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management
