Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy clean and comfortable accommodations. You'll work as part of a team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the resort.
Responsibilities:
· Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
· Ensure all rentals are thoroughly cleaned and inspected according to established standards.
· Replenish guest supplies and amenities as needed.
· Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to the manager promptly.
· Complete and submit work orders as required.
· Handle reasonable guest requests and complaints with professionalism and patience.
· Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
· Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.

Employment with Lost Valley Lake Resort is contingent upon a successful background check and pre-employment drug test. Applicants who have failed a pre-employment screening or have been terminated from Lost Valley Lake Resort are ineligible for consideration 12 months from the date of the incident.
Direct deposit is required for payroll purposes.
A driving record check will be conducted for all new employees.
