Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused bilingual professional (English/Spanish) to assist
clients throughout their project journey. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication
skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in both English and
Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in both English and Spanish.
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and service-related questions.
• Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate details and order status.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, and logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
• Address customer concerns and provide timely, professional resolutions.
• Educate clients about Losterwood Miami's cabinetry collections, pricing, and order processes.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Support showroom visits and guide customers in product selection based on their needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing or a related field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required - must be fluent in both languages.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in cabinetry, woodworking, or a related
industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
