Objective :

Drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling frameless kitchen cabinets to homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales and Client Acquisition :
  • Identify and target potential customers, including homeowners, architects, interior designers, and kitchen contractors.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable frameless cabinet solutions.
  • Product Knowledge :
  • Develop a deep understanding of frameless kitchen cabinet designs, materials, finishes, and customization options.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Process Execution :
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration and Coordination :
  • Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide client feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Market Outreach :
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Utilize online platforms and social media to generate leads and boost visibility.
  • Qualifications :
  • Education :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience :
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in kitchen cabinets, interior design, or home improvement products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Traits :
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
