We develop high-profile luxury homes and boutique condominiums in Washington, DC. Our projects have been featured in The Washington Post, Builder Online, and KBB Magazine.
As Construction Estimator , you would be a member of our internal estimating team. As we are a design-build company that purchases deals we self-source, the estimating team serves a dual purpose. First, because we source our own deals, the team provides order-of-magnitude cost estimates to leadership to make business decisions. Second, because we act as general contractor for our own projects, the team performs project budget oversight and assists procurement in drafting scopes-of-work for contracts.
The position is full-time and 100% remote. Regular hours for this position are 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends.
