We're seeking an experienced Lead Construction Estimator to spearhead our estimating efforts, set the pace, and elevate our project proposals to new heights. With a keen eye for detail, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence, you'll guide a dedicated team and drive accurate, competitive, and winning estimates. If you've spent 7-10 years mastering the art of construction estimation and have led a team for 3 years, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Lead the Estimation Team : Drive, mentor, and inspire a team of estimators to consistently deliver top-notch estimates. Your leadership will set the standard for accuracy and efficiency.
- Precision Estimating : Dive into project specifications, blueprints, and bid documents, generating estimates that are as close to perfect as it gets.
- Collaborate & Strategize : Work hand-in-hand with project managers, architects, and clients to define scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Market Insights : Leverage your knowledge of local markets, materials, and subcontractor relationships to create competitive proposals.
- Risk Management : Anticipate potential challenges and proactively factor them into estimates to help streamline project execution.
