Role Overview :

The Sales Success Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the success of Lot Squared's property acquisition efforts. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing exceptional support, guidance, and personalized attention throughout the sales process. By building trust and maintaining strong communication, the Sales Success Specialist will persuade homeowners to sell their properties to Lot Squared for renovation and resale.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing homeowner concerns, answering questions, and alleviating any uncertainties.
  • Persuade homeowners of the benefits of selling their property to Lot Squared through effective communication and empathy.
  • Coordinate and manage all touchpoints in the homeowner journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to align on property criteria and homeowner needs.
  • Negotiate terms that are mutually beneficial for Lot Squared and the homeowner.
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and update the CRM system promptly.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks in the sales process.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to address objections effectively.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
