Responsibilities
- Assemble and install plumbing systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with carpenters and HVAC professionals to complete projects efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems for safety and compliance with regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing systems and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in remodeling projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.
- Must possess good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
