What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager- Home Care Services Provider position at Lots of Love Home Care?
Lots of Love Home Care is in need of a Office Manager to assist with completing the following tasks:
Create and update patient records and EHR profile
Create and update team member personnel files and EHR profile
Enter team member shifts in EHR system
Send monthly meeting reminders to agency team members
Enter patient‘s care plan tasks into HR system
Review, approve, and reject patient referrals in agency’s QI Report portal
File and upload new referral records from QI Report portal to patient folder and EHR system
Answer phone calls and take messages
Respond to all agency emails
Schedule annual patient assessments and 90 day supervisory visits with Patient and RN
Fax documentation to state agencies and all healthcare professionals involved in patient’s care
Schedule in service trainings
Complete monthly patient medicaid eligibility audits
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.24 - $14.86 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Medical office management: 3 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
- EHR systems: 3 years (Required)
