The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance, strategic planning, and non-profit management, along with a commitment to our mission.

Key Responsibilities :

Completes accurate and timely financial statements, reports and analyses, including variance analysis and corrective action plans, when applicable, for review or making presentations to the Board of Directors.
Oversees Medicaid billing and payment reconciliation on a weekly basis.
Prepares individual budget, monthly bill and contract administration.
Reviews tax return (990), maintains non-profit status, and coordinates with external auditors.
Completes financial reports for monthly Board of Director meetings.
Analyzes and oversees biweekly payroll and reviews cost allocation.
Establishes and maintains systems and controls that ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial systems, processes, reports and data.
Oversees inventory of all fixed assets, conducts semi-annual physical inventory counts and reconciliations
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with the executive team to drive financial and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a non-profit environment. Experience in any of the following areas is a plus : Accounting or Financial Management, Sales or Marketing, Production Management, Quality Assurance or Engineering.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
