Purpose Of Position
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Turndown Attendant is responsible for guest room turndowns and room cleaning during the evening shift. Turndown Attendants must maintain and turndown guest rooms according to the standards of the hotel.
The Ideal Candidates Will Have
EDUCATION: High School diploma or its equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-year Turndown Attendant experience, preferably at a luxury hotel

The Ideal Candidates Will Have

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-year Turndown Attendant experience, preferably at a luxury hotel
- Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to receive instructions and make reports with accuracy.
- Must have great attention to detail and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be knowledgeable about applicable laws regarding the operation of hotels and restaurants.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
- Results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight and overtime when needed.
