What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Lottrach Fabrication?

We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to stores. This role involves working in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments , with thorough training provided to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities :

Order Fulfillment : Efficiently select and receive stock to fulfill store orders.
Inventory Management : Relocate and organize merchandise within the warehouse per company handling guidelines.
Shipping & Receiving : Load outgoing shipments and unload incoming products from trucks.
Warehouse Maintenance : Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety and ergonomic standards .
Process Improvement : Provide feedback to management for operational enhancements.
Quality & Safety Compliance : Inspect products and report any concerns regarding quality, safety, or sanitation .
Equipment Operation : Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills :

Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team .

Basic arithmetic skills for inventory calculations.

Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment .

Physical Requirements :

Frequently lift and place up to 45 lbs on pallets at various heights.

Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and carry throughout shifts.

Work in varying temperature environments , including refrigerated and freezer areas.

Schedule & Compensation :

Full-Time | Average Hours : 30-35 per week

Starting Wage : $21.50 - $27.50 per hour (varies by schedule and shift differential)

1st Shift Start Time : 7 : 00 AM

Overtime : Built into select schedules
