Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Architectural Project Manager with 4-10 years of experience to lead and oversee projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit and have strong project management skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects from design through construction.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality and design integrity.
- Utilize Revit for design development, construction documentation, and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee and mentor junior staff to foster professional growth and project success.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry software is a plus.
- Experience managing projects of varying scales and complexities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
