Position Overview:
We are seeking an Intermediate Architect with 5–10 years of experience to contribute to our growing portfolio of commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of building codes, and proficiency in Revit. This role requires collaboration with project teams, consultants, and clients to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine architectural designs for commercial projects from concept through construction documentation.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Conduct site visits and assist in construction administration.
- Research and apply relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist in developing presentations and renderings for client meetings.
- Participate in design charrettes, internal reviews, and value engineering discussions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit (required), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Understanding of local and national building codes and accessibility standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Architectural licensure or working towards licensure is a plus.
