Job Title: Home Improvement Sales Manager
Position Overview
We are hiring a Home Improvement Sales Manager to lead and grow an assigned sales territory. This role involves managing a team of independent contractor Sales Representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with the Installation team, meeting sales goals, and providing training and support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
- Train and coach sales representatives to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct in-home sales consultations as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
- Collaborate with the Installation team to ensure accurate orders and timely installations.
- Review sales reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain sales representatives.
- Conduct team meetings and ride-alongs for coaching.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Essential:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a direct sales role.
- Ability to perform in-home sales consultations.
- Local travel availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Sales experience in the home improvement industry.
- Leadership or management experience.
