We’re seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team in Kansas City, Kansas! In this role, you’ll ensure clients' homes are spotless, sanitized, and inviting. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and bi-weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
Sanitize high-touch areas to maintain a safe, healthy environment.
Adhere to client-specific instructions and preferences to achieve satisfaction.
Handle cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment responsibly and safely.
Report any maintenance needs or repairs to management.
Uphold a positive, professional attitude with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required—training is available.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks on your feet for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to reach clients in the Kansas City, KS area.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
