Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and independent Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and be deeply passionate about the care of women in peri/menopause. This role starts as part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the practice grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, independent care to women experiencing peri/menopause.
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide education tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with the practice team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest research, treatment options, and patient care guidelines.
- Encourage patient engagement and long-term health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Current and active Women's Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Prefer candidates with clinical focus on peri/menopause care.
- Passion for women’s health and expertise in menopause management.
- Strong independent practice skills, with the ability to handle a full caseload.
- MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment (training and continuing education will be provided).
- Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care approach.
