Salary Range : $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Lotus Concepts Management, based in Colorado, is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to fill the role of Director of Operations. This individual will serve as a passionate advocate and hands-on champion for all aspects of our restaurant group's operations with one of the companies’ brands. As Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Lotus Concepts Management and the brands associated, ensuring operational excellence, brand identity, profitability, and cost control across our multiple locations.

Responsibilities :

Assume a hands-on approach in day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, strengthen brand identity, maximize profits, control costs, hit profit goals, and assist stores in maintaining labor goals.
Craft a strategic growth plan for Lotus Concepts Management, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
Collaborate closely with marketing and restaurant teams to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Lead by example, embodying the culture and ethos of Lotus Concepts Management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Innovate and introduce new menu items and concepts to keep the brand fresh and ahead of industry trends.
Recruit, train, and develop talent who embody the company culture and deliver exceptional service.
Negotiate with vendors to ensure consistency in product quality, pricing, and presentation.
Provide guidance and support to restaurant management and staff, fostering a motivated and engaged workforce while upholding customer service standards.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain operational standards.
Build positive relationships with community and industry stakeholders to drive brand initiatives and partnerships.
Provide on-site support and guidance to resolve operational challenges and seize opportunities.
Research and recommend new markets for expansion, driving the growth of Lotus Concepts Management.

Position Requirements :

Previous experience in successfully creating and growing a restaurant concept / brand is preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive restaurant management experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences.

Experience as a multi-location operator is highly desirable.

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements, control costs, hit profit goals, and make strategic recommendations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem-solving ability in dynamic and diverse environments.

Proven ability to identify and leverage strategic partnerships.

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.

Willingness to travel as required.
