- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the welcoming atmosphere. Foster positive guest relationships by anticipating needs, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries with a commitment to the brand.
- Reservation Management: Effectively manage reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and optimizing guest flow for both regular and special events.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating and service.
- Guest Assistance: Extend assistance and information to guests, helping them navigate the guests experience and handling any guest concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
