Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Document medication administration and any observed changes in residents' conditions
- Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain resident confidentiality
- Take and record vital signs of residents
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living as necessary
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols
- Knowledge of Epic and Cerner electronic medical record systems
- Familiarity with assisted living and memory care environments
- Ability to accurately phlebotomize patients when necessary
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and resident privacy rights
- Excellent caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion
- Attention to detail in documenting medical information and observations
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
