Pharmacy Fill Technician Full-Time Long Term Care

Seeking full-time pharmacy technician(s) to join our growing team: 8-hour shifts, primarily Monday through Friday day shifts with rotating weekend shifts every 4th weekend. Primary responsibility is filling medication orders, monthly and daily orders with extreme attention to detail and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Create customer value & differentiation through all customer interactions.

· Packaging and labeling of prescription orders, primarily in unit dose packaging systems.

· Maintenance of perpetual inventory including checking for expired product and keeping inventory organized.

· Receipt of pharmacy inventory and restocking of shelves.

· Perform customer quality audits to review orders scheduled for monthly deliveries.

· Assist with answering phones and servicing customers’ needs with a positive attitude.

· Assist with preparing prescription orders for delivery to customers.

· Compounding of non-sterile prescriptions.

· Compliance with Board of Pharmacy rules & regulations regarding long-term care operations.

· Be an exceptional team player to assist in other areas as needed.

Requirements:

· Minnesota Pharmacy Technician license and/or National Certification required

· Solid experience: 2 year experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in long-term care

· Incredibly passionate about the customer experience

· A strong appetite for a creative growth environment

· Experience in FrameworkLTC preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
