Compensation:
- Salary: $75,000
- Bonuses: Ability to earn $15,000 in bonuses
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Must have or obtain an Alabama Certified Operator license from the Department of Agriculture and Industries
Responsibilities:
- Staff management: Hire, train, and evaluate technicians
- Servicing Homes: Service residential homes for quarterly pest control treatments in free time until the company grows larger
- Scheduling: Schedule jobs and coordinate routes with technicians on field routes
- Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure the team is providing excellent customer service
- Quality assurance: Oversee quality assurance programs and ensure technicians follow company procedures
- Site inspections: If needed conduct initial site inspections and set up accounts
- Vehicle maintenance: Oversee vehicle maintenance and inspections, and address any problems
- Inventory: Monitor and order inventory
- Pesticides and hazardous materials: Oversee the use of pesticides and disposal of hazardous materials
Lotus is an emerging pest control company based in Alabama, set to launch operations in April or May. We anticipate adding approximately 3,000 new customers through targeted marketing efforts from May through July. Our team has over 30 years of experience in pest control marketing and has done over $20,000,000 in recurring sales revenue. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join us in January or February. This individual will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training a team of 5 to 7 technicians before May and other various activities.
