Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care, ensuring the highest standards of wellness and clinical excellence.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-move-in assessments, quarterly evaluations, and admissions to develop personalized care plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and support care staff, CNAs, and medication aides to promote a positive, high-performing team.
- Oversee medication management, including proper administration, coordination with pharmacies, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and the Executive Director to ensure holistic and person-centered care.
- Monitor and improve quality initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and optimize care outcomes.
- Stay up to date with state and federal regulations to maintain compliance and exceed industry standards.
