Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to gather infrastructure requirements and design solutions.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure engineers to implement solutions based on customer requirements and your designs.
- Effectively manage JIRA tasks with descriptions, priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain documentations
Must Have:
- 3 years of experience managing complex infrastructure environments, including network design and management.
- Proficiency in Linux with various distributions
- Ability to design networks and test network connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of a range of AWS components, such as EC2, VPC and IAM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Telecom infrastructure expertise
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) proficiency, particularly with Terraform
Kubernetes and microservices architecture experience - Google Cloud and Azure architecture design experience
- Cassandra management experience
- Deep understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices for infrastructure and networks
