About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and results driven Business Analyst to serve as a vital connector between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will help shape scalable technology solutions by transforming business needs into actionable insights and technical requirements. You’ll work across teams, both locally and offshore, to ensure smooth execution and drive continuous improvement across business processes and systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements that inform application enhancements and new system implementations.
- Translate insights into impact by crafting clear, detailed documentation, including business and functional requirement specs that guide developers and engineers.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non technical teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment with offshore development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion quality by supporting system testing and UAT testing, ensuring solutions align with business goals and function as intended.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, tools, and processes—bringing efficiency and innovation to operations.
What You Bring:
- Analytical mindset with a talent for untangling complex processes and proposing smart, scalable solutions.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data analysis.
- Clear communicator with strong documentation abilities and the confidence to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced collaborator across distributed teams—including international/offshore development groups.
- Solid understanding of Agile or traditional SDLC project environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines without sacrificing quality.
