What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator position at LotusLynx?
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team on 1st shift, no weekends. This is a great opportunity for entry to mid-level candidates looking to grow their machining skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe equipment to produce high-precision parts
- Use micrometers and perform basic math to verify accuracy
- Work with X, Y, Z coordinate setup (a big plus if you’ve done this before!)
- Follow blueprints and production specifications with close attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally, 1 year of machining experience, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
- Ability to take direction, ask questions, and grow with the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
