We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to oversee and manage electrical field operations at our production and recycling facilities in Sparks, Nevada. The Electrical Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to oversee and manage electrical field operations at our production and recycling facilities in Sparks, Nevada. The Electrical Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage project controls, including material inspections, material tracking, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and cost control.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and all electrical work aligns with project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality work, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on all job sites.
- Maintain accurate records, including work progress, change orders, daily logs, and project reports.
- Support the overall management of electrical field operations to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ of electrical experience on large commercial, industrial or manufacturing construction projects
- Proven experience in managing complex electrical installations, including power distribution and related systems.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
- Experience managing field teams, overseeing subcontractors, and fostering safety and quality standards in a construction or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in using field management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- OSHA safety training and familiarity with environmental regulations for industrial processes.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
