Overview
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the social media presence across multiple platforms for three of our dealerships and our sponsored amphitheater. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the automotive industry, and the ability to create engaging content that builds brand awareness and drives customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment and inform content direction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Supporting minimal tasks of the Executive Team.
