We are currently hiring for the following location(s):
• Ashburn Recreation & Community Center, Ashburn, VA
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Monitors children's behavior, communication, and engagement; ensures adherence to staff-to-student ratios; and follows the prescribed policies, procedures, interactions, and disciplinary guidelines
• Supports, encourages, and interacts with children in classroom activities; engages children in exploration and play.
• Engages in communication with parents, staff, and school personnel at the site, and actively participates in team meetings.
• Other key job duties relevant to the specific role and department may also be performed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• One year of programmatic experience preferred.
• Child Development Association (CDA) certification is preferred.
Salary : $22 - $36
