Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This role is open to all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnights. Ideal candidates are team players with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations efficiently and professionally
- Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and billing transactions
- Maintain front desk security, confidentiality, and proper handling of guest information
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, professionally, and escalate when necessary
- Monitor lobby and front desk area for cleanliness and order
- Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports
- Perform nightly audit tasks (if on overnight shift)
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards and property procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
