Prince William Foot and Ankle Center, a part of Loudoun Medical Group, is in need of a motivated and reliable Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant. Candidate must be professional, motivated, computer-literate, detail oriented and have good interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service to our clients and patients is very important to us. This position is part-time and is based in Gainesville, VA.
Duties to include:
- Greeting patients as they arrive at the office
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling Appointments
- Confirming insurance eligibility
- Checking benefits for office procedures and surgeries
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized
- Ordering Supplies
- Other Assigned Duties
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working in a medical office
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently and on a team
- Must have problem-solving skills
- EMR experience preferred (Pulse and/or ECW)
- Professional demeanor
