Are you an experienced Admissions Coordinator looking for a rewarding career in Leesburg ? Join our exceptional team at, conveniently located at 235 Old Waterford Rd NW, Leesburg, VA 20176 . We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to help us deliver outstanding care to our residents.
Your Role as a Admissions Coordinator :
Verify insurance of new admissions.
Ensure paperwork for new admissions is complete before forwarding to the business office. Follow through with responsible party and / or family members to obtain missing documentation.
Prior to new admissions, ensure room is in move-in conditions. If needed, contact the appropriate department head for follow-up.
Provide tours, respond to phone calls, and sign-in new admissions.
For each new admission, fax face sheets to pharmacy, lab, or other ancillary agencies.
Periodically update business files of long term residents to ensure information is current (insurance cards, name of responsible party, etc.).
To perform other duties as requested by the Regional Admissions Director or Administrator.
What You Need :
Must have an Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, good organizational skills, and communication skills.
Must have good customer service skills
