Loudoun Water, a public utility, headquartered in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills to fill an Engineering Administrative Specialist position within the Engineering Division.
Responsibilities include public interface, telephone and email inquiries, receiving and processing plans, identifying and entering technical data related to meter requirements. Use of various software programs, typing, formatting, editing, copying, and creating graphics to support Division operations. Ability to prepare reports and other department correspondence as needed.
Requirements: HS diploma with two years progressively responsible experience in conducting and managing a technical administrative workload. Demonstrated ability to multi-task; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience using GIS mapping, SAP, and records management systems desired.
Eligible for hybrid work schedule after 90 day probation period.
