Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills combined with being a natural hard worker, take pride in all tasks performed and enjoy working with a dynamic, supportive team.

Salary: $55,000-75,000; Hours: 8 am - 5pm (in-office); healthcare benefits coming shortly
- QuickBooks experience is a must
- Office administrative tasks, copying, scanning, reading, interpreting
- Collaboration with team members
- Answering phones, data entry, reception
- Greeting Guests
- Proficiency Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Previous office/admin experience
- Some light bookkeeping, basic accounting principals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and vendors efficiently
Willing to learn these skills:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Support payroll processing activities
