Louie Louie has established itself as the leading premium THC beverage in Louisiana and is looking to build out a strong foundation in other key markets.
The Louie Louie Brand Representative will be responsible for day-to-day on-the-ground sales and marketing operations in Charleston and surrounding areas. The Brand Representative will be tasked with fostering and maintaining relationships, establishing new accounts, increasing velocity, promoting products, and being an ambassador of the brand. A successful Brand Representative will have excellent communication skills and be excited about creating meaningful relationships that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and ultimately, sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to set and exceed sales goals.
- Close target accounts and increase unit velocity in existing accounts.
- Educate customers and consumers on the category and brand.
- Liaison with distributors to ensure deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Support Sales Manager with distributor meetings
- Act as the face of the brand in the market
- Participate in the creation and execution of unique brand experiences and partnerships to drive awareness and trial.
- Grow relationships and build goodwill with key accounts.
- Inspire accounts, bartenders, and other tastemakers to become brand advocates
- Distribute POS to both on and off premise accounts as necessary
- Represent brand as industry leader and product expert
- Keep up to date on industry trends and competitive activity including new account placements, partnerships, products, events, displays, and pricing.
- Maintain weekly | monthly reporting
Details
- On-premise and off-premise account calls (20-30 minimum per week)
- Events (minimum 2 – 3 per month)
- Performance based on hitting monthly sales targets; hours and days flexible.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous B2B beverage sales experience required; hemp and/or cannabis experience a plus.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Deep relationships with the bar and restaurant community.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Strong communicator who can provide exceptional customer service and react quickly to identify and solve problems.
- Able to use Office tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, Email, Slack, etc.
- Must be 21 , have transportation, and be able to easily lift cases of product.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,400.00 per month
