Job Summary
Munn Safety Services, a recognized leader in DOT safety consulting and compliance training for over 20 years, is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Hattiesburg team. Our rapidly growing online training division, SaferTraining, provides CDL driver qualification and regulatory compliance courses to transportation companies and students nationwide. We are looking for a professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for all of our valued customers.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers via phone and email regarding online training programs and services.
- Provide effective troubleshooting and issue resolution, guiding customers through technical challenges and questions related to account access, course content, billing, and certifications.
- Become proficient in company offerings, policies, and transportation/construction industry regulations to confidently support customer needs and questions.
- Accurately input, manage, and maintain customer records and correspondence within internal databases and systems.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers, ensuring issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues.
Education/Experience Required
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is also preferred, but not mandatory.
Skills
