What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Louie's Prime Steakhouse?
We are seeking a dedicated Busser(s) to join our team. As a Bussers, you will play a key role in supporting our restaurant staff to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
This is a tipped position**
Duties:
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly
- Assisting servers with food delivery
- Refilling water glasses and beverages
- Removing used utensils and plates
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Assisting in basic food preparation tasks -Taking dishes to the dishwashing area, removing trash
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in bussing, preferably in a restaurant setting preferred but we will train
- Knowledge of food handling and kitchen procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Hospitality or catering experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
