-This is a working, supervisory position-
Primarily responsible for kitchen operations while supporting Front of House. This position touches most operational aspects of the restaurant. Need to be comfortable in a commercial kitchen, have good people skills, basic math for food costing, etc. We have an established menu but you will have creative freedom to flex your culinary muscles! If you have good chops in the kitchen, a good head on your shoulders, and want to be a part of an exciting and growing enterprise, we want to talk to you.
Main responsibilities:
Food prep
Cook our menu to the high standards our customers expect.
Assist and train kitchen help
Oversee overall restaurant cleanliness
Assist with cost of goods management
Limited support of front of house operations
Cash handling
Assist with scheduling of back of house staff
Keep the wheels on the bus during day to day operations.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
