Role Summary
The Superintendent of Production will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and operations at the Crushing Plant.
- Collects, records and analyzes crushing plant data to optimize efficiencies and product quality.
- Notifies the plant manager of potential safety hazards, equipment failures, operational inconsistencies and employee incidents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily performance of the crushing team.
- Ensuring that process in the crush plant is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crushing process management, with a minimum of 5 years related experience as a supervisor or manager.
