Job Description
LDC's Talent Centre of Excellence is undergoing a transformational process, embarking on an exciting journey towards building a Talent and Learning ecosystem that will further support and enable our people development and LDC's business results. The Talent CoE is spearheading a series of strategic initiatives which will evolve the Learning and Talent landscape of our organization; aiming high towards the creation of a companywide Learning culture to reinforce and support existing and future key Business and HR priorities.
This is an expert role within LDC's Talent CoE that focuses on Learning advisory, learning need analysis and Learning product development as well as stakeholder management, reporting and analysis, financial management, and operational support for strategic learning initiatives.
You will be reporting to the Head of Learning, and will collaborate with a wide group of Learning, Talent and HR Professionals and the Business.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Learning in driving the Learning strategy and organizational Learning agenda.
- Key account manager for the assigned business units for all Learning activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HRBPs to commonly identify impactful Learning solutions and products for all LDC's business units connected with business KPI's, needs and aspirations.
- Be a reference point for learning topics, latest research, market trends, tools and methodologies.
- Senior learning advisor for the business on Learning needs assessment, skills & competencies analysis and active contributor in setting capability plans and Learning curriculum.
- Project, Program and Product Development manager to drive, supervise and deliver Learning products and Solutions - actively collaborate with the Learning Solutions Manager to develop inclusive and holistic products integrating Learning Experience.
- Learning program manager for high level transversal organizational competencies (Digitalization, Sustainability, Innovation, Customer Centricity)
- Drive the measurement of Learning (R.O.I, R.O.E., application of learning) through a set of defined metrics.
- Create and update the Learning calendar and curriculum for the assigned internal clients.
- Support change management activities, advocate, and promote LDC's learning culture.
- Actively participate in internal Learning communities and communities of practice by sharing experience and latest research.
