Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Client Development Coordinator based in our New York office that will support the daily function of the Client Development through administration of retail facing tools including Salesforce, internal communication documents, and reporting. This role will foster project management of a variety of client and retail facing initiatives. Work cross functionally to support the various aspects of the department including client data/insights, client journeys and retail clienteling activities. This team member will coordinate and support cross functional projects with a wide variety of corporate functions, regional leadership teams, and retail organizations. Under the guidance of the Client Development Director, this coordinator will support by applying strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and creativity.
- Produce clear and effective communication on client development initiatives to serve the retail, regional and corporate populations.
- Administration of the one-to-one digital client relationship tool (“ICON”) used by our client advisors in stores and the client service center
- Support the team in the roll out and performance management objectives to develop high-potential clients
- Support with cross functional projects crafted to enhance client engagement and extend/improve client lifecycle
Profil
We are eager to speak to individuals that have a minimum of two years’ experience in consumer insights with retail or direct marketing experience as a plus. Key qualities to be successful in this role include expertise in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, V-lookups, MS Query), strong PowerPoint skills and a detail-oriented demeanor to lead and produce high-quality, high-volume deliverables. Additionally, the Client Development Coordinator should be diligent, punctual and an overall standout colleague, with experience in the fashion industry.
