Louis Vuitton Client Services is seeking full-time Correspondence Advisors in Irving TX. This role is responsible for servicing clients through written and verbal forms of communications including email, chat, social media and call handling. Correspondence requires an advisor to be skilled in crafting written communication to our clients in a format that is detailed, client-centric and free from grammatical or punctuation errors. It is important that the Correspondence Client Advisor is able to assist clients in a relevant manner that encompasses a Client-centric, displaying a passion for the brand with focus on Quality expectations and a sense of urgency.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year in their current role and be in good standing. They should be able to work autonomously, meticulous, detail-orientated, able to handle high-volume and multi-task workload. We have heavy focus on customer satisfaction and quality so excellent verbal and written communication with heightened listening and problem-solving skills is key for success.
Profil
In this role, you will:
- Consistently deliver Client-centric responses to a range of inquiries and requests including (but not limited to): product availability and holds, transaction history, shipping/order status, fielding messages for store associates, store information or location, after sales service support, policies, customer service issues, etc.
- Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, using different clienteling tools, to cultivate Brand loyalty
- Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day by demonstrating exemplary service leadership in the areas of quality, complaint resolution, product awareness, and store relations
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Correspondence Team and department
- Drive and achieve individual, team, and Client Services objectives
- Act as a liaison between Client Services and Stores for the purpose of sharing information relevant to both departments, as well as resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Document all contacts in order to track types of inquiries using a CRM software
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of behavior and follow the company’s policies and procedures
