Deputy Clerk - Full Time
Louisa County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office is accepting applications for the position of full-time Deputy Clerk, including full benefits. This position will be responsible for assisting customers and duties listed below. (EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)
**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:**
Index and scan land records that are recorded.
Records deeds, judgments, financing statements and any documents for land records.
Receives monies and issues receipts.
Process concealed carry permit applications.
Prepares outgoing mail.
Assist with answering telephones.
Assuming additional responsibilities other than those primarily assigned to the position as required.
