Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for individuals and teams
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, strategies, and techniques
- Develop practice plans and drills to improve players' performance
- Evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play
- Coordinate and schedule team practices, games, and tournaments
- Monitor player progress and track their development
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in soccer
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate players of all ages
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate players
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with players, parents, and other coaches
- Patience and the ability to manage behavior effectively
- Physical fitness to demonstrate skills and actively participate in training sessions
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new coaching methods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4,357.80 - $5,534.37 per year
