Seasonal Property Management Inspectors needed for a busy residential property management company in Chapel Hill. The position runs now through August of 2024, though the opportunity for a long-term position is available for the right candidate.
Primary Out of office duties:
- Inspections of vacant properties including detailed written and photographic documentation of property condition (Employer will supply gloves, masks, and sanitizer)
- collecting specific data from properties
- testing keys
- running errands as needed
Primary In-office administrative duties:
- Uploading photos and accurately entering data and work orders from inspections.
- Filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned
- Answer and direct multiple phone calls for the property management department
Must also be responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to change tasks and transition between duties quickly. Property Management experience preferred, but not required. Position requires individual initiative as well as teamwork depending on the task. The position is approximately 35 hours/week.
Reliable vehicle a must! (Inspection mileage paid for use of your personal car).
