Key Responsibilities
- Engage in daily personal development and leadership training to continually enhance your skills.
- Coach and mentor new team members via phone and zoom (one on one), to help them succeed and grow within the role.
- Place ads on various social platforms to generate inquiries (full training and support provided for successful applicants).
- Conduct structured interviews via phone (training provided)
- Collaborate with a global team, with access to cutting-edge tools, training, and resources for success.
- Attend 3 global zoom training meetings per week.
- Leverage our successful business systems and innovative marketing strategies to expand your reach.
- Online and self-paced training for successful candidates.
