Professional Experienced Assistant Apartment Manager :
Professional, Experienced, Hardworking Assistant Property Manager wanted to join our local Property management team.
Minimum of three years' experience in property management with Good communication skills and Strong organizational skills.
Excellent working Knowledge of One Site and the Affordable Housing Industry a Plus.
Will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of site operations to include Marketing, maintenance, and resident relations.
Have the ability to work well with others and with limited supervision
Be a pro-active, self-starter who knows how to get things done in a timely manner
Provide prompt, efficient, courteous care and service to our residents
Salary commensurate with experience. We are an EOE with great pay and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
